Position Summary:

The Marketing Associate will play a vital role in supporting the Marketing Manager and team in developing and executing marketing campaigns and materials. This position involves a mix of creative and administrative responsibilities, ideal for a candidate with at least five years of marketing experience, though entry-level applicants with strong potential will also be considered. This role requires adaptability, technical proficiency, and the ability to work on a diverse range of projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in planning, scheduling, and executing marketing strategies across various channels.
• Coordinate with design and content teams to produce digital, video, and print marketing materials.
• Oversee the production and quality control of marketing deliverables.
• Write, proofread, and edit marketing content to ensure consistency and clarity.
• Analyze marketing metrics and prepare reports on campaign effectiveness.
• Maintain organized records of marketing projects and resources.
• Support administrative tasks, such as scheduling meetings, tracking inventory, and conducting research.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, advertising, communications, business, or related field preferred.
• 5+ years of experience in marketing or a related field.
• Proficiency in video editing (Adobe Premiere), InDesign, and Photoshop.
• Strong writing, editing, and graphic design skills.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to multitask and manage detailed projects with accuracy.
• Proficiency in MS Excel and Word, with strong computer skills.
• Knowledge of data collection methods and web analytics.
• Willingness to learn new systems and adapt to evolving processes.
